Lupe's Pad

The building itself is old, but not in the quaint way, more in the all but failing the building inspection way. Druggies, dealers, drunks, homeless, and other so-called "undesirables" hang around it's grounds and the apartments are cheap, in every form. One of the apartments, the one on the top floor called 413, is the home of Lupe (Loki Sellardore). It's sort of dingy, with sad attempts at elegance made by the landlord, and better (but not by much) attempts at a contemporary pad made by Lupe herself. The walls are white, the couch is blue, and this is where Lupe calls home.
